Quality & Safety Assurance

Zero-Compromise Quality & Safety Policies

At Chanslar Estate Private Limited, our highest priority on every project is maintaining rigorous construction quality while protecting the health, well-being, and physical safety of our workforce. Our integrated policies combine preventive risk management, disciplined site supervision, material controls, and documented inspections to ensure every construction activity meets defined quality and safety standards.

ISO-Certified HSE & Construction Quality Framework

We operate a structured construction quality and construction safety framework across every active project site, supported by documented procedures, trained supervisors, and regular compliance reviews. Our teams monitor site conditions, work methods, equipment, materials, and environmental risks while maintaining clear records for inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Our dedicated safety and quality teams conduct routine site evaluations, toolbox meetings, material inspections, testing, and work-area audits. They coordinate with project managers and contractors to identify hazards early, verify safe working practices, and ensure critical construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable project requirements.

Zero Incident Goal

Targeting zero lost-time injuries through proactive hazard identification, preventive controls, and continuous safety monitoring across construction sites.

Daily Safety Briefings

Mandatory toolbox talks and task-specific safety briefings before equipment operations, lifting activities, excavation, and other high-risk work.

Our 4-Pillar Quality Assurance Protocol

1. Material Verification

All raw materials, aggregates, cement, steel, and other critical construction inputs undergo inspection and required testing before approval and use.

2. In-Situ Testing

Continuous quality checks, concrete testing, slump tests, dimensional verification, and non-destructive testing are conducted at relevant construction stages.

3. Digital QA Logs

Digital quality records, inspection reports, punch lists, and site photographs provide traceability and enable timely corrective action for identified deviations.

4. Handover Audits

Rigorous multi-point inspections are performed before handover to verify structural, architectural, MEP, fire-safety, and emergency systems against approved requirements.
